What is Talent Development?
Talent Development at Carey supports students to reach their academic and personal goals by encouraging curiosity, creativity and motivation. Skills in thinking and research are fostered and extension in the area of talent is provided.
Highly able students are supported via the curriculum and differentiation is utilised in the classroom to support students in curricular and co-curricular activities. This may be augmented through individual programs, small groups and advanced groupings, whole class and whole school activities, and externally run competitions.
