Course Description
Literature and Production
This interdisciplinary elective offers the opportunity for students to learn how literature comes to life on the page, stage and screen. As well as being a fun and exciting way to engage with texts, it can help students prepare for future studies in IB or VCE Literature/English and Drama/Theatre, as they explore, analyse and create classical and contemporary works and then apply the elements of production to adapt and transform them for various contexts, audiences and purposes. There will be a variety of ways in which students can participate to develop their particular interests, including writing, producing and performing.
