Year 8 Elective
Description
Elective units provide the opportunity for students to select studies in areas of special interest. In total, students study six Elective units over the year.
Browse the range of choices and read the unit descriptions to understand what the units are about and what you could be studying. As you think about your choices, keep in mind that in Middle School it is good to study a range of subjects and to try new things.
Please note that over the course of Years 8 and 9, students must select at least one unit from Art and Design, and at least one unit from the Performing Arts – Music and Drama.
